Remember:
- Security deposit must be paid within 48 hours once approved by certified funds.
- Your rent will begin on the day stated on your lease unless other arrangements are made. (even if you move in at a later date).
- Rent must be paid in full by certified funds prior to move-in and/or release of keys.
Steps to be done:
- Schedule time to sign your lease and complete necessary paperwork. If you have roommates, try to arrange a time when you all can come together.
- Schedule a move-in date with agent.
- Call utility companies to ensure service upon move-in. Utilities company contact information could be found on essential information page;
- Do walk through check list with agent before move-in date.
